Consent Notice

How the National Anti-Bullying Foundation captures and uses media from events, assemblies, and programs.

By participating in National Anti-Bullying Foundation events, assemblies, campaigns, recordings, interviews, photographs, videos, or related activities, participants and/or their parent or legal guardian acknowledge and understand that media content may be captured during events.

Types of Media Captured

Photography

Photos taken during assemblies, events, and community activities.

Video Footage

Video recordings of events, testimonials, and program activities.

Audio Recordings

Audio content captured for documentaries, podcasts, or press coverage.

Testimonials

Written or recorded statements shared voluntarily by participants.

How Media May Be Used

Such materials may be used by the National Anti-Bullying Foundation for purposes including, but not limited to:

  • Website content
  • Social media
  • Promotional campaigns
  • Documentaries
  • Public awareness initiatives
  • Fundraising efforts
  • Educational materials
  • Press and media coverage
  • Marketing and advertising

Opting Out of Media Coverage

Participation in events may constitute consent to the use of such materials unless a written request is submitted in advance requesting exclusion from media usage. Parents, guardians, schools, and participating organizations are encouraged to notify the National Anti-Bullying Foundation prior to any event if a student should not appear in photographs, video recordings, or public-facing media content.
